The 4th edition of the Food Safety Congress will take place on October 11 in Warsaw. Hundreds of experts and industry representatives will meet to exchange knowledge and experience. As part of the events accompanying the Congress, there will be an exhibition of innovative technologies, products, packaging and logistics solutions. We will take part in it to present BLOKO Sensor Platform and its applications. We will focus especially on the systems, that are designed for beverage production, dairy industry, agriculture, transportation and storage of fresh fruit and other vulnerable products. In these areas, constant control of chemical and physical parameters (for example pH level and temperature) is essential for maintaining proper quality of end products.

Food Safety Congress is being organised by IFS Office Central & Eastern Europe, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, international logistics organization CSCMP and the Office of Quality Promotion.
